The Plain Truth

Most leadership coaching only sells you tools and processes and hopes it sticks.

Here’s what actually happens without the right support. You stay stuck. Unsure. Frustrated. Overwhelmed. Not because you lack effort. Because nobody’s helping you get clear.

I’m not here to hand you another program to work through alone. I’m here to sit with you in whatever you’re stuck on.

Who is this for

This is for you if you’re ready to:

Admit what you’ve missed

Take ownership instead of assigning blame

Have the hard conversation you've been avoiding

Build a team that actually trusts you

This isn’t for you if you’re looking for a quick fix, or someone to tell you what you want to hear.

How it works

1. We talk

We'll have a real conversation about you, your team, and what's getting in the way. Together, we'll get clear on where you are and where you want to go.

2. We build your coaching path

Based on our conversation, we'll create a coaching plan that fits your goals, your challenges, and your team.

3. We begin coaching

We'll put the plan into action with practical coaching, honest conversations, and accountability that helps you become the leader your team wants to follow.
Why Reggie

I’m not coaching from the sidelines.

I’ve led small teams and megasize teams. I’m still an employee, not just a business owner — so I know what it actually feels like to be managed, and to manage. My clients tell me the same thing most often: I listen. Really listen.

This isn’t a side hustle for me. Developing leaders is what I actually love doing.

What actually changes a team isn’t a new system. It’s what happens when a leader becomes more honest, more humble, and easier to trust.

Leaders who’ve done the work

“What impacted me most was not just the leadership coaching itself, but how the process helped me understand my team again. It shifted us from siloed leadership into true teamwork.

Reggie Scott is an exceptional listener. He seeks to understand before being understood, and he has a unique ability to build consensus, strengthen teams, and bring clarity to complex leadership situations.”
Dwight McKissic
Senior Pastor, Cornerstone Baptist Church
“My goal was to become more confident in myself and leadership, and I honestly didn't think something that abstract could be coached. I was wrong. Through our coaching, I developed a level of confidence that now shows up in the way I lead, speak, and make decisions.

Reggie has a gift for asking the right questions, listening well, helping you think differently, and challenging you in ways that lead to real growth.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is leadership coaching for?

People managers who are willing to receive honest feedback, own their mistakes, and do the harder, more human work of leading people well.

What makes your coaching different?

Every coaching relationship is customized to your growth and development. I don’t bring a one size fits all approach. My only agenda is your success and helping you become the kind of leader your team trusts and wants to follow.

What happens during the Discovery Call?

We'll have a real conversation about you, your team, and what's getting in the way. Together, we'll get clear on where you are, where you want to go, and whether coaching is the right fit.

Do I have to know exactly what I need before we start?

Not at all. Many leaders know something isn't working, but can't quite put their finger on it. That's one of the reasons for the Discovery Call. Together, we'll identify what's really getting in the way and determine the best path forward.

What can I expect during a coaching session?

You can expect me to listen. Really listen. We'll work through your real leadership challenges, and you'll leave each session with practical action steps you can apply immediately.

How often do we meet?

While many coaches meet monthly, I prefer a biweekly rhythm because it creates better momentum. You'll have enough time to apply what you're learning without waiting so long that challenges pile up or progress stalls. It keeps coaching practical, your goals moving forward, and your growth accelerating.

Can you coach my leadership team?

Absolutely. I offer both one-on-one coaching and group coaching for leadership teams. If we coach as a group, we'll first align on the outcomes everyone is working toward together.

Do you coach virtually or in person?

Both. Virtual coaching allows me to work with leaders anywhere. Because I'm based in the Dallas and Fort Worth area, I'm also available for in person coaching when schedules and location allow.

Do you provide workshops or leadership training?

Yes. I provide workshops and leadership training for organizations. We'll first clarify the outcomes you're looking for, then determine whether I'm the right fit for your team.

What kind of results can I expect?

Every leader's goals are different. If you're clear about what you want to accomplish and committed to doing the work, I'm confident we'll either achieve your desired outcomes or make meaningful progress toward them.
